I can’t find that info so I had to ask with new patch.
Could you find a sunder charm in a NM terror zone if you are lvl75+ nowadays or is it restricted to hell difficulty?

but u can find it out of terror zones too

I had one drop yesterday from regular hell diabler.

Not sure too as NM terrorized areas are around a1 area level with a lvl75+ so maybe you could drop one using MF as in a1 regular hell areas ☺️
