You must’ve confused the monster characteristic Cursed with the chance to cast decrepify on striking.
Cursed is exclusive to monsters, now nerfed from 75% to 5% to trigger upon dealing damage.
While holy fire/light were removed, holy freeze remains, it can trigger amp more reliably simply because this aura’s pulse damage can trigger the 5% ctc amp for every target hit.
Again… your merc needs to hit with reaper to have a chance to trigger decrep.
Two very different mechanics.
