Anyone who played D2 more than 1 season can see the nerfs from a mile away.
0 skillers, 0 sunder, using druid torch, Eth insight and spirit. Only expensive thing was the enigma and pride merc, tho he was rocking a vipermagi and random vgaze. Most efficient TZ farmer ever that I can't be bothered to min max anything.
Now I can finally start to theorycraft and properly build the character. Think it's still A tier at least.

I'm just wondering because I've always heard that you should invest at most 1 point in “Lethargy”—if at all

I don't know but it seems pretty good for 1 point when you're clearing density
1 point lethargy on boss and heralds
