Your weapon damage is to low, it needs a GA can't reroll it without the chances of loses 1 or 2 ga's

Weapon dmg is only needed if it's your primary damage dealing weapon. The point is to reroll it to another stat.

You're weapon damage is giving all the critical strike and physical damage if its low then what's the performance of the weapon?

I don't think you understand how stats in the game work. I do have a primary weapon with GA weapon damage that is used with my core skills and scales off of the DPS.

All other weapons serve as stat sticks, where the weapon damage value is significantly less important and other stats take priority such as strength, all damage multi, etc.

If you want a weapon with weapon damage GA to use as your primary... this is not the weapon for you. I have plenty of those to sell also.
