When they make a remove only tab does that mean to keep those items past S L15 you need to move them to muled chars or are some items transferred to the new ladder? super newb question but i literally have no idea

yes
only 1 "remove only"
S14 ladder reset will overwrite all S13 items in "remove only"

the only option is using one of the 24 total char slots per account i take it....
