Anyone can make my banner fit the limits of the side without loosing too much details, and getting blurred as my own attempt

Ty, i get the same results, i think the 100% etc gets too blurry

tried a different way, what about this:

imo still looks squishy

probably because it gets squeezed into 400x150 px.. maybe someone else can help.
And if so, I'd like to receive the how to!
