Smiters for whatever reason don’t do well with them. With my mosaic and warlock I literally just stand still and kill them. Not even a fight.

Maybe the adds that spawn and they move around so you lose target lock

My smite gets murdered

My ww barb crushes them.....except hp ping pongs sometimes on the elemental attacks.

So is they, na, they aren't as long as you build for them
