If the political parties in your example followed Jesus you would see righteous accountability. If the sexual abuser in your example followed Jesus the sexual abuse would not have taken place.

There is always judgement after our time here on Earth. God is a perfect judge. There is absolutely accountability for our actions, regardless if anyone tries to give you a "slap on the wrist" for something horrible.
