I tend to get out my capable scissors and cut the top to where the remaining bit with the lotion is and then use clingwrap with an elastic band to keep it fwesh. FWESH!
I remember in college, roommates and I would do that with our toothpaste tubes. We'd slice them open and get that tiny bit of paste left. Tight budgets are tight budgets.
