There is a 1 out of 5 stars that every voter gets to select.
Your image got two votes, one vote may have been a 1 star and the other vote a 2 star. Together gives ya 3 stars for 2 votes.
Well, I may be wrong. But, I think that is how that works.

You know, I am wrong. And, I am uncertain why.
Before I voted, it was: Rank: (2.33) Votes: 3
I voted 1 star as a test, and now it's: Rank: (3) Votes: 4

So, I am not sure what the Rank is referring to as there is no 1/2 star nor any other fraction value.
This is a mystery!
