It sure does. They love it. Tons of videos of huge cats getting high off catnip

Tigers don't have the slit eyes like house cats.

They do calisthenics

Most primates are very strong. It would be awesome if our lives revolved around constant physical activity rather than jobs where we sat down all day and night, too.
