This would've been on single player. From my research 1.08 was released the very day that LoD came out and 1.07 was only possible to play on single player from the install discs.

Also I just noticed in that duel video the dude is charging, but wasn't using vigor... So he wasn't desynching at all. Looks like he's wearing wizard Spike, enigma, spirit Mon, maras, arach, no rings, trangs, gspurs
(or another rare boots equivalent). Funny video. Guy sucks. is betta. But his spirit isn't 35 fcr... So he only has 75fcr breakpoint
