I could have stopped and sharpened it, but I was stupid and stubborn. It took me too long to cut a really nice pork shoulder. Lesson learned. Never again. I usually sharpen before cuttin'. But, I was stoopid. With all that in mind, the pan with pork cubes, potato, and mushrooms looks so yummy! :drool:
