the protectors stone shit, its just the % ed portion thats fully bugged right

lets say on a bvc the 15-30 dmg still works and so does the -10 res?

Yes, only the ED on the jewel gets ignored, and only on non-weapon items.

heard somebody swear its not bugged on armor items with innate ED, like pally sields

As far as i'm concerned, i've decided to trust

Goomshill

, who shared the results of his tests.
They indicate 2 things:
- Innate ED doesn't prevent jewel ED from being affected by the bug.
- Innate ED isn't affected by the bug.
