something thats very clear from modern day blizzard, with what weve seen with d4 and now rotw, blizzard has a really hard time finding the balance on how much time must be invested for aspirational content. they either make it way too easy to achieve, and in the case of d2, it floods the market killing the value of items, or they simply make
it way too difficult to obtain these items. like when the shako first released in d4, the drop rates were absolutely retarded.

10+ sunders in a play session is bad for player retention.

Haven’t found one Jah or Ber since ladder start.

Majority of players would never have enigma legit if we didn’t have bots each ladder.

Take it one step further. Been playing for over 25 years. Maybe. Just maybe I found one 40-15 jewel?

And not one 3/20/20 in thousands of hours of playtime

It 100% matters. Don't make drops feel less important.

That is the beauty about D2. You can play for a couple of hundred hours to fully optimize.
But you can still clear the game without the need for those items.

Also makes trading a good part of the games, because there will be people finding 2~ Jahs and then only needing the one.

I've found several high runes this season. Never play more than 2-4 hours a day, usually only play 4-5 days a week. Sometimes 4-6 hours on Sundays. Haven't even have time to play in over a week lately, but even with this schedule I've managed to find a majority of the chronicle and a 40/15, a 20life/5res sc, rolled a 45 java lifer and a few other nice pieces this season.

I think either you play even less than me or you're just really unlucky lol.
