This skill makes no sense. It says 25% chance to bind but can take 20 full juvs of mana to actually bind. Am I doing something wrong with it?

Are you trying while the demon is full HP? You need to damage it some.

That's definitely the issue. Just letting you know though, supposedly the binding will take much longer and be a lot harder after the next patch goes live. For now though it should take like 1-2 mins at the MOST.
