Swift and clear repsonses. Handled really well.
For some1 who has never done a service it might be hard to grasp - but if you are forced to wait on some1 it's extremely nerve wrecking when your customer is:
a) not responsive

argumentative and entitled
c) stupid in regards to not knowing the game, etc
The way I read it Clad checked 2 of these boxes.
Now imagine you have a whole party to cater too and everyone is getting annoyed.
