Edit: this is saving you from farming 2000 overworld cows, and dragging zombies around the map. You still need to complete part 3 of the unlock which is what was introduced this season. Does not take long and assures you got all unlocks instead of being the guy that's missing the "Moo" emote but has a crown. Guide can be found here if you'd like to dedicate the hours of overworld cows yourself -

A - Yes, after you bin a set you only need Neyrelle's Hand, cube them and quest complete.
