accidents happen, also d4 servers are garbage and randomly d/c people
seems sketchy to ask for upfront payment in party channel rather than directly on jsp
delicate situation for both players i'd say but the service provider seems hard to reason with, needlessly aggressive in chat, blocked the other guy and directly posted a s/a asking for unfair partial payment instead of trying to work out a solution.
so i'd side with the buyer if i had to choose, the guy seems more reasonable
but i don't have to choose so i voted "who"
Agreed, the service provider seems like an angry, unreasonable caricature with broken English. I've had to deal with many people like that in the past, especially on WoW. The guy even explained he had Internet issues once and it was a fluke, but the guy still had no interest in resolving it. If this happened to me, I would be super frustrated as the service provider seems extremely unhelpful and unfriendly. I'm sure if the service provider had actually been helpful and kind, the guy getting the service would've probably even offered a little bit extra at the end for the wasted time... But instead the service provider just wanted to be upset and not resolve it.
It seems like the "angry guy with broken English that you can never reason with" stereotype is undefeated (think Pinkiot).
