Ideally I want something with high life stolen per hit and 9 min damage but I was wondering

well for starters what you actually want for fury druid is

same

BK is hard to beat on shifters
+1 to bc, bo, fury, HoW, wolf, lycan
That’s a lot of life/ar/ed and can potentially result in less ias needed at certain breakpoints
You need some trophy room ring to beat that

Do you think a 15 dex 16 str 56 life 44ar ring beats bk?

na you want something like 120ar/dual leech/res/stats/life for it to be better than bk. pretty sure a 40ed Opalvein ring is way better than bk now with ROTW 40 enhanced damage on a ring is insane.

Nope.

40 life on rare ring would be the same as 20 STR as druid gets 2 life per hard point into vit.

1 str =1% ED for most weapons or .75% for some
1 Dex = .75% Ed for some weapons or saves you 15 hard points into Dex which you can then point into STR to get 1% ED for

So a rare ring with 40 life, 20 STR, 15 Dex is 55% ED for some weapons or 41.25% ED for some weapons.

Then you still have 3 prefix’s to use such as AR, mana or resist.

Or if you want to sacrifice STR Dex or life for FCR, your rare ring can still give you 10% FCR and 40% ED and still have 3 prefixes to use such as AR, mana or resist.

All in all, opalvein with ED% across any build is worse than a good rare ring by a pretty wide margin.

What about a blood ring with 9 min?

9 min is a pretty overrated stat in general but fury druid is probably the single class that gets the most out of it due to how little life a druid gets per hard point into vit. Meaning, it’s hard to take advantage of stat dump on a crafted ring the same way a barb, paladin, or zon can.


So for pure melee, a crafted 9min/120ar/25str/60 life ring would be the best for a Druid. But that’s going to cost you somewhere on the order of $5000

As others has mentioned, BK is hard to beat since druid gets a lot from skills compared to other melee classes that end up getting very little from skills compared

With that said, if you go the 9min damage route, you need to make sure your character is built in a way that stacks ED% as much as possible. Meaning, fort is a must. But there really isn’t any reason to not use fort on a pure melee druid since they have no Enhanced defense skills, therefore, you have no way to scale defense in any meaningful way
