Oh cool! Sounds interesting. But i don't like being told to .. yeah :( do you talk like that to your staff? ^^ Sort of like gordon ramsay then ^^ Well i guess i can understand.

I understand he (gr) made good money cooking for rich people on yachts and such. We should learn about that kind of stuff in school. But .. morals and ethics... does one want to feed criminals.. but not all are criminals though.. but who can tell.

Yes, i like to cook. But making a business out of it is another matter. The numbers has to work.

Should i come to money, i.e. win lottery or such, i will open a fish'n chip shop, like you get in england. I'm amazed it is not more widespread here in norway than it is.. we have fish everywhere. But we send it to china instead for processing, then back again.

Fish and chips proper like in england is super nice. A lot of fat though ^^ but should be like a treat.

Also had an idea .. i used to make flatbread with potato and flour some time ago, for my diabeetus.. i tell you, you clap them flat, shape them round. Fry them in dairy butter, with jam and goat cream cheese ^^ there is a norwegian product called "snøfrisk" (Snowfresh). That is super tasty. Making them, that would be a business like puy roti lady in thailand (one tough woman https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=0ffIeN3kbO0) .. People would buy them all the time.

Could make different toppings too, healthier ones too. And use as little butter as possible. They fry quick.

If i had a few 10 000$' to bet on it, would be fun to try.
