He’s just there to bring an extra aura (from a random insight most of the time).
There is no way to make it deal considerable amount of dmg, even if you summon it from a high end weapon, cuz he only has single target attacks, a long 15 frame delay between each attack on top of its already slow fpa, and no innate sources of ed%.

I do eth beast glorious axe iron golem on my summoner and he can kill enough to act as a mercenary to get the first corpses (tried it when merc dead to see its actual dmg)
