Last half pot of veg soup with meat, 2 slice of homie baked bread w' low fat herb cream cheese. Dunno what dinner gonna be later. Kitchen looks like hell and needs 2 hours of work. And i am not motivated. Maybe fry a few pork(y's) chops ^^ fried sweet potato chips.
I actually watched a mukbang (heungsam family) video that was inspiring. Just cut out that heap of noodles and make something else healthy instead, homemade wholewheat pasta or such, it's there. I've actually used the de-boned thigh meat of chicken many times, i find it tastier and better consistency. Also wanted to deep fry something for a long time, never did, but scared of hot oil ^^ But do it small and it's probably not that dangerous. Take it sloooow ^^
