Half Freeze Duration halves cold length or freeze length applied to an equipping unit.
HFD and Cold Resist multiply: CR 75% reduces length to 1/4 and HFD reduces it to 1/2, so when combined, length is reduced to 1/8.
Length is halved once only, regardless of the number of items equipped supplying HFD.
Does not apply to Holy Freeze, since it does not slow with cold length.
