Boston shot under 30% from 3 in all 4 losses. They also insisted on bricking more 3s despite that. Also starting Garza and Harper Jr seems pretty brain dead but hey the HC deserves a lot of credit for dragging this team to a 2 seed
The Knicks are deeper and I suspect they’ll put Embiid in the PnR nonstop to test that limping
Also, I think you just have to admit the fact that while the Sixers always had injuries and played together very infrequently, they always had that potential to be an elite team if everything aligned. PG being suspended was a blessing allowing him to rest before the playoffs (he has looked outstanding since), Embiid coming back looking relatively healthy considering and still dominating, and everyone else available. It was always "what if"
Is it all that surprising when things FINALLY aligned? Maxey, Edgecomb, Oubre, PG, Embiid as your starters with Grimes, Drummond, Edwards and Barlow off the bench. That can win the east IF everyone is available and healthy which is a huuuuuge question. This isn't your typical 7 seed when everyone is available which we are very lucky they have been.
OKC is the clear favorite to win it all.
