Got a peanut caramel type in store, 4$ 1lb but high nice. But been tempted to make own. Made ice cream chocolate mousse cake half year ago, turned out capital. But thought then, i made caramel many times, and chopped cashews/macadamias, huh, and THEN melted chocolate. I actually ordered cocoa butter and beans to make choc-o at home, still experimenting, it's difficult. But gonna get it. Did it 15 years ago.

Gonna make ice cream, half freeze it, fold that in (c'mel, nuts, choccie) .. now we're cooking. Not good for diabeetus, but here's one thing: I've found that anything home made, you cut down on sugar, and it will not spike sugar like ultra processed stuff packed with sugar does.

Gonna make that. Wasn't too hard making ice cream at home base. But excited for this.
