I'm tempted to say "really cool vs low defense casters" but then... you'd still want some +skills. A second socket slot would have been crazy for this.

I’m going to be honest, I like it - the ed is very high and it has 40ias. But no staff mods and no 2os. the ele dmg is probably right there for bm. 5/10
