Ms doesn't care about any studios they bought besides another thing on game pass. They also bought it for cod and possibly wow monthly subs but that is debatable.

xbox is failing lowest consoles sold this gen and they just lowered the price of game pass. first ever subscription service to lower prices. xbox ceo step down ms ceo step down ms is losing users at insane rates over windows update but yeah they are gonna dump cash into d2r to fight bots.

ms bought it and gave it to its gaming division called xbox. Activision now operates under that division of Microsoft. Ms would probally sell ai tools to make more bots before fighting bots on diablo 2 lets be real.
