Chat system working would be great. D2 already has the best itemization of any game so plz don't ruin it with vaal orbs that would make the people who spend real money have even more pvp advantage.

If I could control the game I would nerf enigma and grief by roughly 25 percent. I would also give more options to resist physical and magic DMG up to 50 percent max resist. 3 phys resist/20 life sc would account for the new sunders and jools being absurd.

Physical and magic resist on charms would also open up way more options.

Last crazy idea is that spells could go off of ias or fcr instead of simply fcr.

Play a fury druid vrs all and you would understand why.

PvP is currently a slaughter. The lack of balance is to encourage players to play respectfully with friends and strangers they hope to befriend. The days of competing violence of power and supremacy is a undesired part of diablo 2.

Legit player to player RMT isn't an issue in most cases. The ties between it and exploitation of the game in every way is the issue. Rivers are fine, floods are not.

would just open up a lot of different gear options, everyone being forced into enigma + trangs + fcr jewelery is very limiting when there are really cool alternatives

would make fury druid, BoS asn, zeal pally more viable too
