What’s tainted damage on this
You can summon them normally or you can prebuff at the start of the game with swap gear
You MUST keep sunder in inventory when tainted are summoned for them to benefit it from it, putting sunder on after summoning a tainted = tainted doesn't get the immunity broken
so mang songs (or +6 dagger), enigma, +3 helm, +5-6 tome, +3 ammy, 2x soj, arach, wraithstep, 8x skillers, sunder, torch, anni and BC active
You can hit about 46k damage tainted with prebuff, 34-36k without
And they fire at 22 fpa after +% ias from engorge, while you cast at 9 fpa
Blood boil damage is 4.9k phys + 7.4k fire without consume, with consume its 8.3k fire, and -40% / -55% fire pierce, then your defilers should also be 56% multiplier and ~36 LAEK/MAEK on hex siphon (up to 56/42 after enigma/opalveins), but they don't trigger off tainted kills just blood boil
And in case you missed it, the biggest shortcoming is lack of fire pierce vs immunes on tainted. The only pierce they get is the -17% from conviction on merc, so immunes are at 78% fire resist vs tainted+merc, while against blood boil they're at 33-50% dr and 23-38% fr. And if your merc dies the tainted are only hitting immunes at 95% fire resist so its a bit an issue with heralds
