ultra-processed foods also tend to be poor in many essential nutrients and important non-nutritional food components like fibre and polyphenols
scaling down that dogshit diet to one with a normal calorie total through forced appetite suppression (like with ozempic) is a poor substitute for just eating a healthy diet. probably still better than being obese though I guess
