As the above says, always check your loot filters to make sure it *can* show up. Then, make sure to kill them towards the middle of the map, preferably in areas where Korlic hasn't Leap Attacked. Sometimes, his Leap Attack can cause areas to become inaccessible and can also prevent items from dropping.
