So true... What I did not know is that though these species can live their entire lives without drinking water, they do get hydrated from other sources. I am in awe!

What do you cook? I.e. professionally? How do you cook? How do you compose a dish in your kitchen?

I have a 20 x 40 x 5 cm dish = 4 liter/~1 gallon+.

Gonna make big lasagna. 3 x 2 mm layers of homemade dough, 4 layers of meat onion garlic tomato sauce. Good layer of cheese. Chop meat from raw frozen meat, no msm.

Figuring on using 4 liter tomatoes, cook it down to 3 liter/reduce ~25% water. Blitz it.

Then add total of 1 kg meat, 1 kg onion and 300 gram garlic, after cooking/reducing it first = -~30% liquid = ~1.4 liter volume = ~4,4 liter volume.

4,4 liter + 3 x 2mm dough = Almost 4.5 cm, + 0.5 cm layer of cheese = 5 cm.

Hopefully reduce it a bit more, so to save ~0.5 cm space on top so it doesn't overflow. First time attempt = Trial and error.

That's a very simple recipe. I also will use spices after, i.e. with serving, to keep flavours clean.

You do ought like this in your restaurant?
