because most zons already run -40+res and have infinity so its not even worth it especially with all these sheeps price tags on them. Also -res doesnt work for pvp and most cs zon will pvp and why wouldn't you want a dual purpose sunder? On non ladder %dmg will be much more sought after in the end by far.
Why everyone thinks they need a overpriced -res charm to beat the same damn bosses we been owning for 20 years is beyond me.
Once the enemies resist is below 0 which -40+ res and conviction will do to almost all enemies besides a handful then % damage does more overall then -res will. -res damage lowers its % drastically once enemy is below 0
because i won't use sunder for pvp... its just pvm stuff so i like getting pvm focused gear for pvm.

yeah jmod facets was relevant before rotw ancient jewel and renewed sunder.
Now most javazon can get enough -res without facet jmod, so you go for 99fcr for p8 tz farming. 99fcr is much smoother than 68/48fcr because zon fcr bp is garbage.
