no one has understood Blizz decisions for years
maybe steam as a well developed platform is giving true informations and Blizz will ofically announce the ladder reset about 2 weeks earlier

Season ending doesnt mean a new season will satrt immidiately !
Theer can be 2 weeks gap for new PTR!

My guess is when the ladder end we will test the final changes in a PTR for 11 days and after that the season 14 will drop
Same story as this ladder !
