i would try asking a SM or a Jr Admin and see what they could do for you

or you could try this and see if this works for you

Thanks for the response. I did get an admin to respond. Currently trying to get things sorted out. I also have filled that form a few times in the past few months.

The whole issue started when I wanted to make an email change to this account. I went to change it, and it said that the email being used was incorrect. This made no sense because I was getting password reset emails sent to it already. I did a test to know. I have in the past made email changes a few times with no issues. I did eventually fill out that recovery form as you have linked. Admins/d2jsp did respond eventually stating that they have made the adjustments to correct my email to the current email that I was getting support emails sent to about the issues. This is the same email I was already getting password resets from. Since d2jsp said that they made the correction, I have attempted to use this current email to change it but now it says that the email being used is invalid. Again, makes no sense because I get emails sent to it for password resets and considering that d2jsp backend stated that they made the corrections to it than it should be a valid/current email on the account but the option to change it does not allow me to. So, this is confusing.


Another thing is, after the first submission of recovery form, every form of submission comes to my current email as password resets. This does not matter if I sent another account recovery form or a d2jsp support contact form. I get a response in my email as a password recovery change only shortly after I make those submissions. So, something is definitely wrong.

Again, issue persist. No response from admin / mod on addressing my issue. Not sure how much more evidence I need post. I have taken out the email I use and get emails sent to from d2jsp on the images below to avoid any security issues. I can provide it to admin as needed.


First image is when I initially submitted account recovery back in Feb about having issues changing the current email on the account. As can be seen, it was noted that the email was corrected based on my proof that I own this account. Which I was already getting password email resets sent to before my initial submission about the email change issue.



Second image shows that using the new email is invalid. How can this be considering that an official email was sent d2jsp with the current new email? I get password resets before and still to this email from d2jsp but yet I get the error that the email is invalid.



Third image is all I get every time now that I submit any kind of support request. This includes account related issues support, and account recovery. Nothing is coming from account recovery or account support anymore since the new email was processed/changed. All that shows up is password resets on any type of submission. As can be seen, I submitted another account recovery to show this other issue. I get a password reset sent instead of any kind of confirmation for the account recovery. As mentioned, this applies also to the account support submissions too. There are time stamps to provide accuracy.
