Again, issue persist. No response from admin / mod on addressing my issue. Not sure how much more evidence I need post. I have taken out the email I use and get emails sent to from d2jsp on the images below to avoid any security issues. I can provide it to admin as needed.
First image is when I initially submitted account recovery back in Feb about having issues changing the current email on the account. As can be seen, it was noted that the email was corrected based on my proof that I own this account. Which I was already getting password email resets sent to before my initial submission about the email change issue.

Second image shows that using the new email is invalid. How can this be considering that an official email was sent d2jsp with the current new email? I get password resets before and still to this email from d2jsp but yet I get the error that the email is invalid.

Third image is all I get every time now that I submit any kind of support request. This includes account related issues support, and account recovery. Nothing is coming from account recovery or account support anymore since the new email was processed/changed. All that shows up is password resets on any type of submission. As can be seen, I submitted another account recovery to show this other issue. I get a password reset sent instead of any kind of confirmation for the account recovery. As mentioned, this applies also to the account support submissions too. There are time stamps to provide accuracy.
