If you dont have dual leach from other items i would raccomend:
Grief PB + Botd CB

If you have dual leach from other items
Grief+ Grief

If you wanna go original:
Botd war pike (more range)

Best build for ww barb is delete character and make warlock.

Why loh and not a crafted blood gloves 20 ias cb, LL, str and/or dex?
And what about skill tree (of course max ww, bo, masterie, and 1 point to iron skin, all res..etc)?

Put many points into STR

New phys jewel in gface for -10phys is much better

Either still wear one raven or whorazon boots for cbf

why do u need 2x dual leech? isn't like 6%ML from one ring alone enough?

Loh for 350ed to demons, nothing is close to this in term of dps

Then horazon boots is top for cnbf or trang oul belt if you dont wanna lose gore

Could also use arach + 2x 10fcr dual leech ring so you can have 40fcr for tele but soe / trang oul are really cool belt for barb
