It's illegal to post in threads that are able to be posted in? Isn't there an automated system function to not allow you to post in threads after 3 months?

it's illegal to necro topics in general. here we have an example of lolkggz targeting op and necroing over 50 threads. I know he's trying to make it seem like op is spamming, but he's spamming also, and committing blatant necroing. his intent here is irrelevant. point is, this is blatant infringement of forum rules.

What is "necroing" exactly? Because as I see it, he, and others, are commenting in threads that are able to be commented in. And I also wouldn't call it spamming as the majority of comments I've seen have been pretty on topic.
