They lost by 32. Of course his +/- is gonna be terrible like everyone elses 😂
Embiid was their best player by far and it wasn't remotely close. Put up a double double after not playing for weeks and having surgery just 2 weeks ago. He got all of their bigs in foul trouble early on, and his gravity was getting guys open looks all over the place
VJ Edgecombe has just been flat out awful outside of game 2. He's 13-for-42 in the series in the other 3 games (0-for-16 3PT) and just can't hit anything. Oubre as well, he was just so bad last night. Even Maxey first half looked like he had no energy.
Don't even get me started on the long rebounds. Guards just weren't even trying to grab the boards while the Celtics were hustling all over. Paul george, who is the starting 4, has a total of just 12 rebounds the entire series in 4 fucking games (4, 4, 0, 4).
Remember how I said Maxey was being ran into the ground? He has to pick up the slack for Embiid missing 50 games in the regular season and PG13 out another 30+ games just to get a play-in seed
Embiid is absolutely contributing to the downfall of the 76ers. He is on the books for another THREE SEASONS! We can pretty much guarantee the 76ers won’t be relevant until the next decade minimum
At least you’re willing to admit Podcast P was a disaster signing. One day you’ll finally admit that Embiid is a giant liability for the 76ers, maybe once they dump his contract. Or maybe they are stuck with each other for 3 more years and you won’t admit this until the summer of 2029
You said PG13, Embiid extension, and Morey hiring were all good moves so I’m wondering which ones you’re eating crow on. Maybe just PG13 for now
