When he's healthy? Duh, that much is obvious.

But he's rarely healthy/available, and that is the problem. Even with good knees this season. Still ran into some other unrelated issue.

He has no lift after about 10 mins playing. He can’t move laterally. He would be only be a positive player on a team that can plug in a C for 50 games a year as his “backup” meanwhile he is on a boat anchor contract

The 76ers would have to give up assets just to rid themselves of him. You can lie to yourself if you want but everyone else knows the story. The 76ers might just let these next couple seasons burn until they can get Embiid and PG13 off their cap sheet

No idea what you're watching but he moves fine. Even at 50% he moves better than Jokic 😂

Is that why he’s -25 in a closeout game at home? Because he moves so well

He settles for these dumb 3s and mid rangers because he is saving energy. He is worlds away from his All-Defense days, has trouble with switches and at the rim

What made Embiid dominant was his 2-way impact. Now he can’t defend or rebound so his offensive ability (that hurts the flow of the 76ers offense) playing Embiid centric offense is now a liability

They lost by 32. Of course his +/- is gonna be terrible like everyone elses 😂

Embiid was their best player by far and it wasn't remotely close. Put up a double double after not playing for weeks and having surgery just 2 weeks ago. He got all of their bigs in foul trouble early on, and his gravity was getting guys open looks all over the place

VJ Edgecombe has just been flat out awful outside of game 2. He's 13-for-42 in the series in the other 3 games (0-for-16 3PT) and just can't hit anything. Oubre as well, he was just so bad last night. Even Maxey first half looked like he had no energy.

Don't even get me started on the long rebounds. Guards just weren't even trying to grab the boards while the Celtics were hustling all over. Paul george, who is the starting 4, has a total of just 12 rebounds the entire series in 4 fucking games (4, 4, 0, 4).

Remember how I said Maxey was being ran into the ground? He has to pick up the slack for Embiid missing 50 games in the regular season and PG13 out another 30+ games just to get a play-in seed

Embiid is absolutely contributing to the downfall of the 76ers. He is on the books for another THREE SEASONS! We can pretty much guarantee the 76ers won’t be relevant until the next decade minimum

At least you’re willing to admit Podcast P was a disaster signing. One day you’ll finally admit that Embiid is a giant liability for the 76ers, maybe once they dump his contract. Or maybe they are stuck with each other for 3 more years and you won’t admit this until the summer of 2029

You said PG13, Embiid extension, and Morey hiring were all good moves so I’m wondering which ones you’re eating crow on. Maybe just PG13 for now

Dude your talking to a fucking door knob. Guy id absolutely incapable of any objectivity towards his team or his arguments. Hes such a narcissist he'll always have some sort excuse or thing to say to divert. You legitimately cannot have a real convo with him about anything so its pointless

Lol you're just dumping all of this like its the end of the world as they're losing to a team that is simply better than them. The Celtics at full strength are the best team in the east, unfortunately. They're a better team, its simple. Sixers had the opportunity to face a much easier team in Detroit but didn't take the easy route which is whatever.

Also, Paul George is shooting 50% FG and 59% 3PT this series. He has played relatively well, aside from the lack of rebounding mentioned in my last post. He had an outstanding regular season after his suspension too....

Incredibly talented roster when healthy that hasnt been together much. It sucks but it is what it is.

You never lose on purpose in a 1 and done tournament for seeding. They could’ve lost the 7/8 game on purpose and then Charlotte has hot shooting gg no re

The 76ers should draft a C and find some project C to develop so they can gradually phase Embiid out. If their plan is to let his contract expire to keep all their picks, they won’t be winning anything until 4-5 years out
