To skip, or not to skip...

I've heard it can take ~10+ hours with cut scenes included.

What are your thoughts? I generally try to focus on completing all new content first and foremost in a new season. I believe the campaign will reward me for that. ** fingers crossed **

This is a GREAT year for Diablo fans.

Imo there is only once you get to enjoy a campaign. There will always be the item hunt/grind, but you only get to experience the campaign for the first time once. I skipped a lot of lore in D2 because I just wanted to rush and get endgame mf'ing. I played D3 campaign from start to finish and LOVED how insanely hard Inferno mode was at the beginning.

D4 has been my biggest disappointment so far. I am hoping that this xpac and not having played for a couple years will re-ignite my joy for Diablo.

I'll be playing the campaign. I am currently playing the campaign over to catch up.

How to skip it ?

Go run Ht's. If you're asking if there's an option to select "skip" at character creation, I don't believe we'll have a option to do that until next season of course like that recent seasons, but nobody is forcing you to do it. You can choose to just not do it lol.

You will be surprised, a lot of people play for campaign only, hehe.

I'm personally looking forward to the campaign. I also would not be surprised if a new system is not tied to at least a section of the campaign like undercity was in VoH.

D4 u can skip campaign even on first char?

Yes, you can choose to start on just the LOH campaign (expansion 2). It has been this way for many seasons now so unless something changes that is how it’s always been.

What I’m referring to here is are people going to race to 70 (including those who don’t purchase LOH).

Completing LOH campaign is supposed to only get you to about lvl 45 and take ~8+ hours.

I see. If u are looking to make FG for season start probably best to skip camp right?
