Uh that's really good considering it's his first start back

Lolwat

They have the worse run differential on the MLB. The worst record in the MLB. The worst offense in the MLB I think. They are BAD.

Their offense is about the same as the reds who are 18-9. Terrible start to the season but as I said they ran into teams that were hot. Looking at the schedule, I can see it turning around, April is never a time to panic.

Funny thing is dare you to ask the nfl sub forum how high Smitty would be in their ranking but we already know you're gonna dodge and make some excuse.

There's your first problem. Using jsp sub for validation on things. 😂

What cracks me up is how you tell us Hurts sucks as a passer, and the offense has underutilized the shit out of Smitty (which we already all know), but then when I say well Smitty in the Rams offense with Stafford throwing to him 200 times a season would put up monster numbers you act like I'm making outlandish statements 😂😂😂

You cant have both. You wanna hate everything and everyone on the eagles (all Philly teams at that), but you've contradicted yourself here, badly...

There we go, he excuses come out because you know your gonna lose. You have 0 credibility, not a single person has any respect for the points you make.

You first said dint stipulate 200 targets, you just stated that after so your point looks less stupid.

You implied he'd be better than Puka, not a single fucking person in this universe outside of Philly believes that

Hurts is a shit passer, but even shit passers can feed yards to players. Countless examples of that.

Also, one agn dodging and insulting people on here to validate yourself. Once again, there's a reason why you continously argue with people across different sports and topics. You're a complete narcissist.

I know you need the last word, so ill throw you a bone LOL.

Like i said....contradicting yourself so badly. It's like you're literally arguing against yourself. The difference is clearly volume and QB play/offense.

Lets make this easy. Give DeVonta Smith the same amount of targets that Puka had this past season (166 vs Smittys 113). Thats another 53 targets for Smitty who is at about 70% reception rate on targets (mind you with Hurts throwing to him who by your words sucks as a passer) so 37 more catches. Averaging around 13-14 yards per reception. That puts him at over 100 receptions and another 450-500 receiving yards on the season so somewhere around 1500 receiving yards. That's with Jalen Hurts as his QB and Kevin Patullo as his offensive coordinator in an offense that didn’t do shit for WRs mind you rofl.

Now, close your eyes and imagine him with the MVP of the league throwing to him in an offensive system that utilizes the shit out of receivers like him with 170 targets. One of the greatest QBs of his era who throws absolute dimes to his receivers and made guys like Cooper Kupp have historic statistical sesons lmao. It's soooo crazy to say with that Smitty, one of the top route runners in football with elite hands and playmaking ability, would put up monster numbers???? Say it with a straight face, please. The hate is so real you're just saying anything to argue with me 😂

Anyways, nice football talk in the Phillies thread.

Such a hot take to say one of the most talented receivers in the NFL and most accomplished WRs career wise in football could challenge league leaders in yards in an offense with a highly accurate MVP HOF QB designed to feed WRs like Smitty with 200 targets in a season?

Yeah man, im really reaching on that one. 🙄🤦‍♂️

You brought it up here. Just taking L's like the Phillies left, right & center

April is always time to panic when you have the worst record on baseball

This offense is bad. These dudes are old and they don't care.

Not an easy explanation aside from expensive hitting, pitching, and defense all underperforming big time lol.

Look at the 4 worst teams in MLB as of right now: Mets, Phillies, Red Sox, and Astros. Wild list considering these are all among the highest payrolls in baseball and had among the best WS odds entering the season. Chances are some of them bounce back since its still early, but still crazy.
