Is the Black Cleft a latent one or a pre-patch one? Does it say "Black Cleft" or "Latent Black Cleft?"

Do you already have another renewed sunder charm in you inventory or personal stash? you can only have one at a time, so the game prevents creating a second. If you have one, put it in your shared stash before cubing.
