If you're a sorc or necro or zon or sin it's a 1 hit kill a vast majority of the time, but you can survive with 200-300 life sometimes. Paladin barb warlock druid can survive 1 hit depending on gear and oak/bo level etc, but will die on the second. It takes like 3-4k life in like half a second.

Barb or druid can even take 2 hits if they're teamed with bo + oak.

It's unbelievably BM lol.

This is false, abyss does much lower than that. It’s more like 4-6 hits depends on whether opponent is wearing Horazon boots or not

I mean, I'm just going off based on what I've seen. You can of course wear whoreson boots and spirit to survive but I've killed most casters in 1 hit and if not 1 hit they have like || life left. Warlock and barb are the only ones that seem to take at least 2-3 or even more regularly.

You’re never killing anyone with 3k hp+ in 1 hit with abyss unless they’re standing there not moving

Spirit shield has little effect, it reduces 16 dmg

You overestimate most ppl in public duels. They'll walk right into anything and stand in it if you want them to.

Of course nobody wants to duel warlock in team duels, so you're stuck dueling the people who will teleport right into your blizzard/abyss/spears/nados every single time.

Seems like a good strategy

This is my strategy. I see the enemy and I stand still and cast and if they move away from me I just say "oh well" and go back to town.

Is this a popular dueling strategy on hardcore too?
