I put on a life everlasting circ + ammy and whirl away. Iirc it's something like 75 flat dmg returned regardless if you hit or not. So Integer pdr + a little bit of leech is more than enough
Edit : lifetap works as well but most melee want a decrep merc so it's annoying to have to change that

They definitely you back with a bit, with cursed one if you are ampd even more. Can take 4-5 wws then need some full jubs

On my HC frenzy barb I have eth throw javelins on switch and 1 in double throw/throw mastery. Since double swing is synergy for both frenzy and throw, the dmg is still acceptable.

seems like a lot to hire a new frenzy merc every time you fight a herald to put dual LW on him,
and then rehire a bash merc to use dreadfang inbetween.

maybe i'm just past my time of sweaty min/maxing
