I think i have a spare martel i bought last ladder with 40 ias . Got it for 2k. Its still a best in slot for charger. I found a better one in the meantime but. You can have it for 1500. Let me reach my computer to send you a picture tomorow.
Btw -req on charger is realy bad. Because you mostly rely on surpising hits on target. And the charger paladin in itself is not effective at all in 1v1 pvp . But in TVT its amazing how you can trick your ennemies. Fake charge 3 times then real charge huge damage. That's why -req is realy bad. Because you spend 80% of time avoiding fights. Then 20% of time only you try to get a critical hit on a target. That's why you want huge damage and further 170 str. Reach at least 6k physical.
