I only know that Heralds will spawn instantly same as you open an Evil Urn , which is scaaaryyy
and Latents will drop from every Unique monster in the TZ

yeah they are going to do drop as often as Gheed
same as it was in Pre ROtW
and player count wont matter

Drop rates will increase, so yeah prices will decrease
