What Say Duriel ?

Im old player, i perfectly remember he say (Are you looking for me?!)

in d2r for sure he say (Looking for Baal)

I haven't tried yet to verify by myself on original d2 lod (original cd) what he say, but im sure at 100% he say (Are you looking for me?!)

and im sure a lot ppl remember this like me.

in both the original Diablo 2, the LOD expansio, and Diablo 2 Resurrected, Duriel’s only spoken line of dialogue is:

"Looking for Baal?"

I perfectly know the history of d2.. I'm just wondering if anyone else (like me) clearly remembers that Duriel never said the phrase "you're looking for Baal," but remembers him saying "you're looking for me."

I remember exactly what he said, and I wanted to know if anyone else remembers it as well as I do.

In any case, even if I'll check to see if the original D2 lod said "you're looking for Baal," it would be very strange. It's the Mandela Effect.

You don't remember this. What you're remembering is a fragmented memory of what you thought you heard as a kid/teen. It's called Mandela effect and it's very common among the elderly.
