i personally have this item on a (do not buy list) generally speaking i would not buy this sort of item for even 25-75fg unless i wanted to resell it for maybe 200fg
but i honestly i dont really think its worth my time also very important i ussually only advertise items that i think are strong, its hard for me to advertise this

faster hit recovery sucks, but when it is applicable in pvp generally its by a player that is getting attacked by either bone spear or lightning
the 17 fhr is 0 fhr to both spear and lightning users /(no lr) respectively. so/meaning you would have to articulate a 17 fhr bis match up
