if it makes you feel any better, in the good old days I had two accounts: www.d2jsp.org and d2jsp

They got banned because I beat up some high level dueler with my MLD chars and he reported the account.

All my dueling characters were on that account and at the time was worth a kezillion fg

This subsection is mostly dead with the communities migrated to discord. The underlying issue was that there was never a clear divide between D2LOD and D2R (and now D2ROTW) but you pointed to a key component as well - most people moved on.
